Aircraft Static Display Mounting Services

425 Fab Division provides nationwide aircraft static display mounting services, delivering complete turnkey solutions from design through final installation.

We specialize in transforming retired aircraft into permanent, professional, in-flight style displays that are engineered for safety, built for durability, and designed to make a statement.

This is not just fabrication. This is a fully engineered structural solution built to support real aircraft long-term.

Nationwide Aircraft Display Solutions

Mounting an aircraft requires more than welding and steel. Every airframe has unique structural characteristics, weight distribution, and mounting challenges.

425 Fab provides nationwide aircraft static display mounting services with full project support including:

Design and planning
Structural mount engineering
Custom fabrication
Precision machining
Certified welding
Rigging coordination
On-site installation
Final alignment and positioning

We manage the entire process so you don’t have to coordinate multiple vendors.

Custom Aircraft Mount Design

No two aircraft are the same, and no two mounting systems should be either.

We design every aircraft display system to ensure:

Proper weight distribution
Correct center of gravity support
Minimal stress on the airframe
Long-term structural integrity
Clean, in-flight visual appearance

Our goal is simple—make the aircraft look like it belongs in the air, not sitting on a structure.

Heavy-Duty Fabrication for Aircraft Displays

425 Fab builds structural mounting systems designed to support aircraft safely for decades.

Our in-house capabilities include:

Heavy steel support structures
Internal and external mounting systems
Custom-machined mounting components
Precision-fit assemblies
Certified structural welding

Every component is built with safety, durability, and appearance in mind.

Nationwide Aircraft Display Installation

Installation is one of the most critical parts of any aircraft display project.

425 Fab provides nationwide installation services including:

Crane and rigging coordination
Aircraft lifting and placement
Final leveling and alignment
On-site welding and adjustments

There is no margin for error during installation. Our team ensures the aircraft is mounted correctly, safely, and positioned exactly as designed.

Case Study: Hawker 700 Aircraft Display

425 Fab completed a full aircraft static display mounting project for a Hawker 700 at SC Aviation in Wisconsin, delivering a complete turnkey solution from design through installation.

Scope: Custom engineering, full fabrication, machining, structural mount build, and on-site installation

Challenge: Support a business jet safely long-term while maintaining proper balance, minimizing airframe stress, and achieving a true in-flight appearance

Solution: Designed and fabricated a custom mounting system in-house, followed by coordinated crane placement and precision on-site alignment

Result: Clean, professional aircraft display with a realistic flight profile and long-term structural integrity

Our team was engaged to develop a structural concept and quotation for a static display featuring the HondaJet HA-420, a modern light business jet known for its advanced aerodynamics and distinctive design. The project focused on engineering a mounting system that would both securely support the aircraft and present it in a dynamic, in-flight attitude.

The proposed configuration positioned the aircraft at a 5-degree pitch and 5-degree bank angle, creating a visually striking display that captures the motion and presence of flight. The support structure was designed using 3-inch diameter stainless steel tubes, selected for their strength, durability, and corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor use. To enhance the finished appearance, the concept included paint-matched inner panels fabricated from 1/8″ material, color-matched to the aircraft’s signature blue—delivering a clean, high-end aesthetic that complements the aircraft itself.

This project highlights our ability to engineer and quote complex aircraft display systems with a focus on structural integrity, visual impact, and long-term performance—anywhere in the United States.
